Artist Statement:
I have been fascinated with computer generated image making since 1968 since I used an IBM 360 at the University of Alberta, Canada, where I was lecturing in product design.
Returning to England in 1976, I had to wait five years to continue computer image making activity when the University of Loughborough and Loughborough Technical College bought computer graphics suites. I bought a BBC B in 1981 and have worked with that machine to develop graphics programmes and teach the subject to foundation and BTEC art and design students. I would like to work on more sophisticated equipment offering 3D rendering and animation opportunities.
