Bianca Beetson is a Kabi Kabi, Wiradjuri woman and has been a practising artist for over 28 years. She was a founding member of the seminal Aboriginal artist collective prop- paNOW. She has a Doctor of Visual Art, and previously lec- tured and directed the Bachelor of Contemporary Australian Indigenous Art (BCAIA), and was Director of Indigenous Research Unit the Qld College of Art, Griffith University. Bianca is currently Director, First Nations at Queensland Museum Network.
