Abstract:
This paper briefly documents a scientific and artistic investigation of gut microbiota’s relationship to emotional states through an interactive installation. Building on [Previous Project]’s examination of gut-brain-emotion connections, [Anonymized Project] converts microbiota imaging data into audiovisual experiences through point cloud visualization, spatial audio synthesis, and machine learning. The installation combines real-time processing of atomic force microscopy data, organoid imaging, and visitor interactions to create responsive environments that reveal patterns in microbial activity. The paper serves as an introduction to the pipeline developed for the installation of [Anonymized Project] in [Anonymized Venue] to represent and interact with complex biological data through an immersive audio-visual experience.
