    Andrea Sosa, Professor and Researcher, National University of La Plata. Lecturer, Researcher, Artist. She works in the field of Art, Design, and New Media. Professor at National University of La Plata (UNLP) and National University of the Arts (UNA) in Argentina, with experience leading multidisciplinary projects combining Art, Science, and Technology.

    She has developed artistic works with new technologies in collaboration with other artists under the support of several institutions both nationally and internationally. Her works on new media theory have been selected in different international events. Since 2017 is serving as Director of the Cooperation and International Relations Program, Faculty of Arts, UNLP. Currently, she is part of the team of “Hydrology of Media” (HOM) a project funded by EUR ArTeC and led by Université Paris 8 Vincennes Saint-Denis.

    Andrea Sosa, is Professor and Researcher at National University of La Plata (UNLP) / National University of the Arts (UNA) La Plata – Buenos Aires, Argentina.  Graduated in Multimedia Design (UNLP) and Filmmaking (UNLP), she works in the field of Interactive Arts. Among her artistic works in collaboration with other artists are included: ‘Sentímetro’ (2005), ‘Heroes’ (2010), `MASA’ (2014); projects selected in open calls, with the support of institutions such as Espacio Fundación Telefónica de Buenos Aires, Fundación Telefónica de Lima, Museo de Arte de Lima (MALI), Escuelab, Alta Tecnología Andina and Medialab Prado Madrid. Her works on new media theory have been selected in festivals such as 404 International Festival of Electronic Art (Argentina), FILE10 (Brazil), ISEA2010 (Germany), FILE 2013 (Brazil), RE-NEW Festival (Denmark), ISEA2014 (Dubai), Computer Art Congress (Brasil), SIGRADI (Uruguay), ISEA2015 (Canada), CAC5 (France).

    Andrea Sosa is Professor and Researcher at Multimedia Design Department, Faculty of Fine Arts, National University of La Plata (UNLP) and the Transdepartamental Area of Multimedia Arts at the National University of the Arts (UNA), Argentina. Graduated in Multimedia Design (UNLP) and Filmmaking (UNLP), she works in the field of interactive arts exploring the relation between the physical and the virtual.
