    Miguel Saravia, Peru, holds a Postgraduate in Management from Non-Governmental Organizations at the Open University (UK) and in University Management and Policy at the Universidad de Barcelona (Spain). He currently serves as Director of Knowledge Management at the Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas. He is also President of the Asociación Peruana de Bibliotecas Académicas (ALTAMIRA) and President of the Seminario Permanente de Investigación Agraria (SEPIA).
