    Jarrod Van Der Ryken (Artist): Jarrod Van Der Ryken, a Meanjin (Brisbane) based
    visual artist, explores identity, representation, and lived experience through
    multidisciplinary mediums, including photography, video, and sculpture. His
    experimental practice often leads to immersive video installations that push the
    boundaries of time and space. Jarrod earned his Bachelor of Fine Arts (Visual Arts)
    from the Queensland University of Technology. He has held solo exhibitions at
    prominent art spaces across Australia, including CARPARK, Wreckers Upstairs,
    Boxcopy Contemporary Art Space, Metro Arts, and Outer Space in Brisbane,
    Firstdraft and Galerie Pompom in Sydney, and Screenspace in Melbourne. His work
    challenges the conventional and invites viewers to contemplate the intricate
    nuances of human existence and self-identity.
