Artist Statement:
Electricity represents the symbol of “power and authority” and the light bulbs “ways to use the power.” Thus the light bulbs are considered to be the devices that give the authority some meaning. Also, the multiple batteries and electronic circuits symbolize the multiplicity and complexity of the authority, which is somehow akin to collage art.
