Artist Statement:
Influential, (and at their time ‘revolutionary’), works of the ’60s and ’70s (in the areas of abstract film, performance and computer graphics). The look of these works has been unconsciously or intentionally ‘quoted’ or ‘sampled’ in much recent artists’ work; they will be shown alongside a number of examples which illustrate those affinities.
