Dominique Roland (FR), Director and founder of the Enghien-les-Bains Arts Centre since 2002, he created the International Digital Arts Biennial, Bains numériques in 2005 and the PIDS ENGHIEN, a festival dedicated to the digital creation of special effects in 2014. He coordinates the 22 digital art cities within the UNESCO Creative Cities Network.
