Elie Theofilakis (France) was part of the team which had founded, at Paris-Dauphine University, Cetech (European Centre for Technoculture, a name conceived in the spirit of the times). Cetech was more of a shoot than a young growth of the rich and lively minds of all origins who had followed Jean-François Lyotard in the adventure of “Immatériaux” [source: 450.fm].
