    Elliot Anderson (USA) is an interactive computer and information artist, he received a B.A. and an M.A. in Creative Arts at San Francisco State University (1993-1994). He is the founder and director of Tech*, an arts organization created in 1992, dedicated to supporting new art forms through curation, lecture, criticism and the production of events.
