    Timothy Binkley (USA) is Chair of the Graduate Program in Computer Art at the School of Visual Arts in New York City. He also directs the Institute for Computers in the Arts. He is the author of two books, Wittgenstein’s Language and Symmetry Studio, as well as numerous articles on aesthetics. He has created software for artists and has designed a number of interactive installations.
