    Zlatan Filipovic is Associate Professor of Art and Design at the American University of Sharjah, UAE, where he teaches multimedia design and animation. His areas of research and teaching interest include film, video and animation in linear and interactive environments as well as art/design pedagogy. Filipović holds an MFA in Electronic Integrated Arts from NYSCC at Alfred University, USA, and a BA in Painting from the Academy of Fine Arts in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina.
