Tamara Munzner (USA) is currently in the PhD program at Stanford University, where she received a BS in computer science in 1991. In the intervening years she was a member of the technical staff at the Geometry Center, a mathematical visualization research group at the University of Minnesota. She was one of the authors of Geomview, the Center’s public domain interactive 3D visualization system. While at the Center she was co-director and one of the animators of two computer generated mathematical videos, Outside In and The Shape of Space.
